that's a trick question! my girlfriend asks me if i think she should lose weight i always go with whatever makes you happy babe. works like a charm. guys don't seem to be as well thought out. but being a girl i know my way out of things.

if you're happy being chubby i don't care. but if you're absolutely miserable being heavy i'd hope you'd try and change your life. your size doesn't define you. i think we need to accept people not their size. :smile:

top of my arms didn't seem as jiggly. (: i also noticed my knees felt A LOT better (bad knees run in my family, looks like becoming a runner is a far shot :P)

i'm going for 6/7. i'm a 8/9 now, i purchased a lot of clothes when i was a size 7 for a month now they don't fit! i just want my size 7 jeans to fit.

I'm in a lesbian relationship, last year my girlfriend was sort of like you, doing everything for me. I was young and immature, I took her for granted, we broke up and are back together now but i grew up, the relationship has to be 50/50 or you're going to feel let down constantly.

135 is my goal weight. I'm at 152 right now, my lowest weight was 142 and I felt I had a few more pounds to go.

5'7 152 lbs. highest was 195 two years ago. started last January at 187. I think I'll be happy around 135 because I got down to 142 and felt I had just a little be more to go and I would of been fine.

I think about everything but working out. What I want for dinner. Why none of my friends talk to me. Random stuff. Hahaha.

I'd recommend cyber school, make sure it's all accredited and has good reviews. I did PA Cyber here in PA and I loved it. You work with actual teachers and classmates. They have field trip opportunities and other things to help with social interactions.

I was a chunky kid, ate really fast and ate a lot. Then I started losing weight got to 142 and in 2 months time I gained 20 lbs comforting myself with junk food.

Every body is different. I eat like 60% carbs and still have lost a lot of weight. I don't think there's a formula to weight loss. Eat what you need, cut what you don't, work out and you'll get there.
