I'm going to be starting Insanity on the 1st and still occasionally hopping on my stationary bike. Not changing much of my eating but I might be moving out and starting a new job where I'll be walking 8+ miles a day so hopefully that's a big push for my weight loss (:

i'm 5'7 small framed according to my wrist and elbow measurement, though i don't really feel that i am. my body is "spoon shaped" i'm all love handles haha. and my ultimate goal weight is 135

I have a sign next to my mirror that say "Don't be MEAN to yourself" and I use to have my skinniest skinny jeans hanging up there too with a sign that said "keep going until these actually fit" that was my motivation wall haha.

this, definitely. if i'm too weak i won't work out but if it's just bad cramps i'll hop on the stationary bike and pedal for 15-20 minutes, it really helps with cramps. and all along i thought my gym teacher was lying to me when she told me exercise helps.

i've pretty much given up pop after seeing a picture saying "are you pouring on the pounds" and it was a bottle of pop pouring straight fat into a cup. really grossed me out then, still does. occasionally i'll get coke zero if i go out but that's so few and far between it barely counts.

my mom still gives me and my sister easter baskets.. yes she has a pile of candy and chocolate in her closet for us. i have terrible self control so i'll probably keep at bit and give the rest to my dad. that's really the only thing i'm worried about, dinner i can handle.

i'd say keep up with cardio to lose fat all around then add some strengthening core exercises to pull your muscles in tighter to hold the chub in haha.

i have to sniff everything i eat/ drink. my girlfriend thinks i'm a weirdo because i'll sniff my shot before i do it, even though it makes me gag i still have to smell it.

i worked out once or twice in front of my girlfriend. she'll laugh or try and record me because i'm usually doing some goofy work out video so what i'm doing makes me look like a goober. she won't work out in front of me, i'm not sure why but she doesn't want me to see her so i let her be.
