my bike has a chest strap heart rate monitor and take in account my weight and height so i record what that says, because i feel it's more accurate. mfp usually puts me at 10-20 above what my stationary bike says.

i knew a girl who used to use her feeding tube (i forget why she had it but was really sick for awhile) as her way of throwing up. she knew she bulimic for doing that, she'd just push around it and what she ate would come out. her mom found out and it was removed.

we have two coffee pots at my work, and they have a metal outside so you can't really see inside, so once it feels too light i'll put another on just to be safe. but i seem to be the only person drinking coffee at work. everyone else is sucking down diet pepsi at 9 am >.>

look into a "weighted vest" you wear them over an undershirt, and they're pretty tight to your chest so your hoodies etc should still fit!

didn't hit one pound, kind of hit a plateau this week, i just kept going up and down from 154.2- 154.6. but today i broke through it and I weighed in at 153.6. last week was 154.2. a loss of 0.59 lbs. better than nothing!

when i first started losing weight i went from eating only poptarts, cereal, fast food (every other day) and ONLY drinking mountain dew, to a healthy balanced diet, i lost 4 lbs in my first week just by *trying* to eat healthy and drinking only water. 41 lbs later, i don't think i would of lost anymore if i drank only…
