my weight 12/29 was 157.. and..my weight today 154.2! that's a total of 2.8 lbs. (: yay, congrats on the weightloss everyone!

i'm not starting at zero but my lowest weight was 142, and let my comfort eating get the best of me and i gained 15 lbs back. trying to lose them all over again. pain in my gut! haha.

i'm going to try to log as accurately as possible. and definitely going to do some blogilates in the morning so i fell less guilty when my belly hurts from gorging instead of ab work this time.

i was thinner before and every time id look at pictures of me and my friend at my lowest she kept calling me a bone rack, "crackhead skinny" and stuff like that, she was always the thin one until she had a baby and i think she was jealous.. so i just brushed it off. haters gonna hate :p

i wear a neoprene wrap (around my stomach) when i work out. only because i like sweating more and getting to see all my gross sweat on the thing. it was $5 at 5 below and all it does is bloat my ego with "look how much sweat, you're going to be so hot"

i was outside walking and i stuck my phone in my pocket, as soon as i let go im standing with my legs wide apart to hold my shorts up! had to carry my phone the whole walk, time to invest in some smaller belts.

15 lbs to go. i'm still losing at a regular pace, but i know once i'm in the 140s my weight will move slow.

Maybe get into the 180's and work on gaining muscles, the bmi chart isnt very accurate because it doesn't take in fat to muscle ratios.

I'm all for it. It's gross. Did you hear about Mars Candy Company getting rid of king size and all candy bars will be under 250 calories? Steps for a healthier future.

for oily skin i would definitely go for a powder it helps soak up the oils on your face (: i dont use foundation but that's just what i know from friends and such.

i've never done it. i'll occasionally eat over my daily allowance but i've never eaten every calorie back. i couldn't imagine doing that, some days i'd have to eat all day, nonstop!

i do leslie sansone's walk at home (with weights) program. i found it at walmart, only $10! and all you need is 2-3lbs hand weights.
