  • It is hard! I cut out coffee creamer and it is a struggle every day- I'man all or nothing coffee drinker, but boy do I miss creamer. Not snacking when around a grazer is the worst. My husband is a grazer and drives me crazy with his munching all day. I have no tips to share but I can empathize!
  • I mostly weigh-in on Friday mornings. My objective is to lose 0.5 pounds a week- that's how I put the weight on- a little at a time.
