  • Bummer! I wish I had kept a copy of the 2021-2022 sheets then it would be an easy process to create using the original. Unfortunately I'm having eye issues and having surgery next week so my reading will be minimal until mid June. I'll check back in then but I'll miss checking in with you @stormywxs288 each week. I…
  • It says this was deleted? Are we going back to the original sheet? Someone has an inventory on it now and no 2022... @stormywxs288
  • Weird. The old Worksheet "edit" is working again. I only found this out because I had not updated my bookmarks. I thought at first my entries for Nov were gone... :o
  • I just posted this in the other Nov thread... ETA: I agree that someone in charge really should be the owner of the file as I'm fairly new to this group. Under this user name, anyway. :) Duplicate post: Re WI Sheet: You have to go in through Google Drive to make a copy/duplicate of the workbook. It should be in the…
  • Re WI Sheet: You have to go in through Google Drive to make a copy/duplicate of the workbook. It should be in the "shared" files. I was able to do it as a test and it made me the Owner. Then you update the link to be edited by anyone that has the link. :)
  • I don't want to over step here but if you make a copy of the workbook it will allow for edits and keep the current format. You just have to assign a new link to the one you save and you will become the owner. At least that is how it used to work.
  • I just saw Stormy's reply regarding the spreadsheet in the weigh in thread so disregard my post here on the sheet thread.
  • It says nikkijrm@gmail.com is the owner but I'm not sure who she has as editors.
  • I tried to enter my weekly info but the sheet said it was read only. I'm using a Google phone and never got that message before. Maybe it is some weird time change glitch? I'll try again later or when I get on my laptop...
  • 10/01: 162.7 10/08: 163.9 10/15: 161.3
  • I'm still at it. I saw a new low last month but it didn't stick. Attempting to be strict this month even with all the dumb commercials tempting me nightly. o:) 10/01: 162.7 10/08: 163.9
  • Thanks @jadepearl  I'm about 5'6". My "healthy weight" goal is 154. Since I'm top heavy, I feel like I'm pretty much there now, but wouldn't mind another five off my middle. :) My vanity goal is 145, but anything below 160 would be a bonus for me as I was maybe 15 the last time I was this small and I was only 5'4"…
  • 08/01: 164 08/08: 166 08/15: 164 :) Glad to be back where I was... Have a great week!
  • Thanks @ItsTime2BMe ! @jadepearl - Congrats on the happy scale numbers! :+1: That size for you makes perfect sense. My bones are probably bigger than a US 4. You sound perfect as you are!!! I'm coming from a US 26 which would probably be like an AUS 50 ;) so even a US 10 feels great to me. For now. I've spent…
  • I lost the water weight from last week, but my average calories are still below 1200 so I don't know why I quit losing. As I said in my post earlier, I'm adding back some calories/carbs so we'll see how much damage that causes... Have a great weekend! 06/06: 181.5 06/29: 169.4 07/09: 166.1 07/16: 165.2 07/23: 164.9 07/30:…
  • @jadepearl - Due to the 110 heat index, I'm not going as hard core this week on the exercise and I'm also adding back in some on plan things that I've been avoiding so if the scale doesn't go up, I'll be thrilled. :) And if my waist still stays this low, I'll be happy. I wonder what the difference in the AUS and USA sizes…
  • I used to not count it separately because I assumed it was included in the count or I wasn't re-using it other than maybe what remained in the pan after I disposed of the extra from cooking to throw in some eggs. Now, I no longer dispose of any left over grease (either using it immediately for batch cooking or saving for…
  • I hear you! I'd just like to be going back in the right direction. And for the record, I count and weigh every calorie that I eat or drink. I also exercise and strength train on a regular schedule. :) So, hopefully we are burning fat. Are you measuring? I've been steadily losing inches especially where I carry the fat in…
  • @ItsTime2BMe - great attitude! B) @jadepearl - wishing you happy scale numbers! @DebyS137 - great job! :+1: I ended the week up a little but I'm ignoring the numbers because I was too good for them to be real. :p
  • It was a frustrating week for me. I raised my calories just a little, kept my carbs super low and stayed below my burn but ended up gaining THREE and a half pounds. I lowered my calories back down yesterday and lost 1.5 of that so I ended the week still up TWO pounds. ARGH. My body is so crazy. I even gave up nuts and…
  • I know it is frustrating @jadepearl, but remember that maintaining is still a win! :+1:
  • I made it through the whole month AF! I was going to try to make it until Labor Day weekend, but I've decided two months is plenty and one of those days was actually my birthday *proud grin*. Now, I just need to practice portion control. And not let the munchies interfere with my scale numbers. Have a great August!
  • JUL 04 - 166.1 JUL 11 - 165.0 JUL 18 - 165.0 JUL 25 - 165.3 AUG 01 - 164.0 I've had lows in the 163's the last two weeks, but they never stick around for the official weigh in. :pensive: Have a great week!
  • Thanks so much @jadepearl! Great job @debys137! :+1:

  • Thanks @jadepearl! I know it is frustrating but not gaining is definitely a win! :)
  • Great job @herbsandmore! My body never makes any sense. I don't know why I keep trying to understand it. I just know that these stalls/gains (for no reason) are what always send me off plan into the yo-yo cycle so that is why I'm trying to stay committed no matter what through August. Once I lose the water weight and get…
  • Thanks! I had been eating below 1000 calories per day/zero carb and increased up to 1200-1300 and <20. I could understand if I wasn't still overweight, but I'm still 10 pounds away from a "healthy" BMI. My macros are excellent. If things don't improve, I may have to go back to carnivore in August... I think I've said this…
  • Way to go @DebyS137 !
