I am 58 years old, and work out hard 7 days a week. I still have 55lbs to lose but to lose I have to not only work out hard 6-7 days a week, I have to restrict my calories to under 1400. Is it too late to join? I am turning 58 in March, I have lost 13lbs since Jan 1, 2021. I have increased my exercise to crazy amounts.
