At 177.8 pounds, I've lost about 52 pounds so far. My mini goal is to make 170 by halloween, but it's going to be difficult because my weight doesn't really want to budge at the moment.

Vegetarian high protein, low carb, low calorie small dishes throughout the day. Variety in food to ensure good nutrition. Mindful eating, small bites. Eight glasses of water per day.

Goal 1) Figure out how to manage exercise (walking and elliptical) with fibromyalgia symptoms. Keep up at least walking regularly even through the symptoms. Goal 2) Acquire a healthy diet within my calorie range. Track my food each day. Drink 8 glasses of water and log it. Goal 3) Lose 10 pounds.

170 by Halloween, that's ten pounds. And that will be 50 pounds altogether. I have to stay away from things that give me the munchies!
