Have that same issue, how I deal with it is either apple cider vinegar drink mix, or decaf coffee. usualy kills my appitite.

Not sure what kind of diet you are on, but if you can have coconut oil than here is a nifty trick, take lily's chocolate chips melt them in a microwave, add some coconut oil to it.
