I am not sure how helpful this is... but my MD figured my BMR and I am also at 1200. I had been doing a 1200 cal/day diet, lost 25 lbs over many months, but have been at my current weight for over 2 months no matter how hard I have tried. MD said normally they would say a much lower deficit but they never suggest anyone go…
