Happy 66th Birthday to me with 30 pounds gone since February 2021. Keep the food journal is key,but not ever has it been a chore. It's almost Hell's Front Porch in Chicago today and I easily fit into a summer buttoned blouse that I bought late last summer and couldn't get the buttons to close without huge gaps in between.

I was able to button size 12 Old Navy Jeans. They went up over my hips and I could fasten the button and zip them up. They're snug, but I can sit in them. In another month, they should be perfect.

My wedding ring slides halfway over my second knuckle. Dec2021 is my goal for my ring. 18.6# down since 01FEB21.

Pulled out a favorite L/S tee that was too snug in November. Fits much easier now and what I thought was a size L actually is a size M. MFP is working.

Seeing 222 on the scale. Scared the living daylights out of me. I have a most supportive husband, I done WW, Noom, but this time felt different. I'm carrying around 80 too many pounds for my knees and hips. I can do this.
