Hello, I am Carmen, age 52. I'm looking to adding friends. In March, I accidentally deleted MFP and lost my friends list. I not as motivated as I was. I have gained. Last year, I lost 25 pounds. I was 182 pounds last August. Now I am 196 pounds. I am a stress eater. I workout 3-4 days a week.. Looking to lose.

I workout 4-5 days. I'm walking/jogging on the treadmill for 90 minutes, walking outside for 90 minutes or hiking 90 minutes.

Hello, I'm not a fast runner either. Before Covid I would do 5-6 5k's a year. Now I mix it up at the gym on the treadmill. Mondays & Wednesdays, I walk. Tuesday & Thursdays, I run. Sundays I go hiking. It is at your own past.
