Already been and done my gym session today. Nice Push day and hit more reps than I planned for a number of my exercises. One thing I like about self-employment is that I can carve out some time mid morning when the gym isn't very busy.

Quite partial to picking up heavy things and putting them back down. The Leg Press always makes me happy though because I can put up some big numbers (Current best is 5 reps of 520kg/1146lbs).

That is a harsh task to undertake on top of your recovery. Sounds like you have some good motivation though and a set end goal to focus on. Planning is going to be key I think; how can you maximize your calorie output and where can you make changes to your food to optimize your calorie intake? I am still new to this…

That before I started to track my calories I was easily consuming between 3k-5k calories a day. Scary and can't believe I'm not 500lbs. Also, when you make healthier choices, you can eat a lot of food and stay within your target calories.
