I was always under the impression that walking at an incline helps burn fat faster and helps better cardio. Also that if you are on a treadmill, doing a 2% incline helps "simulate" walking outdoors. These are things I heard a looooong time ago, so science may have determined other things.

Hello everyone! I am definitely not new. Have been here many times before, have taken an extended break many times before. @Ironwoman1111 At the very top, where it has "Hi, username" | Help | Settings | Click Settings On the next screen, left hand side, second option from bottom is Change Language The next screen gives you a drop down to change the language. I have never used this feature, so I am not sure if it changes things sitewide or not.β¦
