Im working out way more than I was- which was almost NIL and I’m consuming more calories than I was except it’s with nutritious food so yeah probably both ha! Thanks!

How are you finding it? I’ve focusing on my macros to loose weight. New to it- rather confusing and still trying meet one macro without going over the other but I’ve figured if I just concentrate on staying within my macro limits in general then I’m producing a calorie deficit. So far so good 😂
