I started again in April. I lost a bunch of weight a few years ago but it found me again. I am doing good so far. I have now lost 25 lbs. Still have 40-50 to go. I lost most of my weight by walking. I do add in a little jumprope. Feel free to add me as a friend.

That is still a great walk!! Are you as sore as I am? My legs feel ok as long as i am walking but as soon sit down for a few minutes then try and walk my legs kill me. Keep up the good work!

Hi! My fitbit say it is 15.7 miles. It took me all day. I basically just watched a bunch of YouTube videos and just walked. I did some speed walking as well as slow walking. It is not something I can do everyday as I would get nothing done but I decided I wanted the challenge just to see if I could do it.

Thanks! I don't think I will be doing it again any time soon but I thought I would try today. Now my legs and feet hurt do bad I can barely walk anywhere. Hopefully tomorrow i can still get 10,000.

Ok what I did not do today is meet my sleep goal but I knew that because I had to pick my son from work early morning. He works 3rd. I did not do my jumps, smart hoop or kettlebells. What I did do was........challenge myself to beat my highest step count and I did it! 40,000 steps!!!!!! Now I am going to sit for the rest…

Today's step count. 24,076. 1,000 jumps. Sleep was 7 hours. Stayed under calorie goal. I checked my measurements again today just to see if any changes and there was! Yay!! I guess I will stick with what I am doing as it seems to be working for now. Slow and steady.

Hi linda. I got my smart hoop online through Walmart. I did work myself up to longer stretches. I split it up and do 15 in the morning and 15 at night. It takes some getting used to. I am getting better at keeping it going but it does still stop on me lol. I am hoping it helps strengthen my core but we will see. I dont do…
