Hello everyone! This is my first post and new to the MFP app. My son-in-law recommended it, so I am trying it out. Here is my stats Age: 58 Height: 5'2" SW: 210 lbs (3/22/21) GW: 140 lbs I haven't weighed since starting. Glad to find this post, lot of good information and encouragement.
