Okay, I wish I had something relevant to add but this thread is awesome! I've been TRYING to like cottage cheese due to it helping me hit my macros, but I just CANNOT stand the texture. Alright thanks for the input! I might try that instead as I dont think the fat difference between the white and dark meat is great if you're peeling off most of the fat from the chicken thighs anyways.
