Down from 284 to 199! So glad to be back in the 100s again! About a week before my one-year anniversary! Still got more work to do!

Awesome job! I started around the same weight at 284 lbs back in October. Down to 206 as of today. So close to being back in the 100s for the first time since 2001. Condolences for the loss of your mom.

284 to 210. Not done losing yet by a long shot!

Lost about 70 pounds. I'm about 213 now. Can't wait to get back into onederland again!

Just need to made the right decisions daily. I'm 6'1" and started in October 2020 weighing 284 lbs. Now down to 215 currently. I'm not much for exercising but I think that will change because I have a lot more energy now. I want to get down to, at least, 180 lbs. Keep on fighting, man. You can do it!

Awesome job! Can't wait until I'm there. Started at 284 in October and down to 215 now. Slow and steady wins the race even though we aren't as slow as we used to be! What's your goal weight? I'm aiming for 180 at the most but might try to lose more since I'm 6'1".

It's strange with me but haven't been able to sleep a bunch like I used to but still have a lot more energy. Body just kind of tells me I need to get up,

I'm 42 years old. 6'1", 217 lbs as of today. I've lost 67 pounds since October. My daily caloric intake the site recommends is around 1600-1700. Don't remember the exact number. My goal is to get to 180. Just can't wait to be under 200 again. It's been over 20 years since I've been there. So close now!

Not eating any fast food today. It's a huge victory, especially for me, on the weekends to stay away from ff. I've lost 67 lbs since October now. Just have to keep on making the right decisions every day.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ClCpfeIELw Breakfast at TIffany's by Deep Blue Something. Nothing compares to the 90s. I'd give almost anything to go back even though there was a lot of rough times in there too.

How much more you have to go and how much have you lost so far? Great job.

I've went from 284 to 235 in about six months now. Still got a ways to go to reach my goal of 180 but just have to keep on making the right choices. Actually enjoying the journey.
