My last physical about three weeks ago -- my doctor put me on diabetic medication, I gained a good 15 lbs, my cholesterol level worsened... and not being able to wear the clothes I wore before and feel pretty... my self-confidence plummeted, I felt like a loser and I felt very unattractive... enough is enough!
