I do like fruit but its a lot of water and would not give me the energy needed. I eat a lot of veggies now. I think its just finding a replacement of meat on my plate with something else. And you are right, its like a game. Trial and error basically what it comes down to. :smiley:

I suggest seeking medical help for your condition, then focus on the weight gain. The working out will probably help you with your anxiety.
