I’m not exactly sure how reliable of a source “healthline” is...but I’m a busy lady who doesn’t have a ton of time to sit and browse the internet for hours on end reading everything there is to read on a subject so I just kinda believed what it said 🤷🏼♀️ Maybe it’s way off
