  • ok, so obviously my thinking process was way off. I thought if I started at 2000 cals, every 2nd or 3rd week I could drop the cals a little. But If I'm supposed to be at 1400 cals, I don't have much room to drop my cals once my body adjusts to the new lower calorie intake. Thoughts?
