I agree. Both can be done but do it gradually, not to over do it on your body. I know walking is a far cry from an Insanity work out, but I just recently bumped my walk up from 3 mi in the am to now 3 mi in the am and then another 3 mi in the pm and I can totally feel the difference on my body. It's getting a little etherβ¦

Congrats on losing 200lbs before. That is a huge accomplishment. IF can be a bit misleading at times. I had an app that actually encouraged you to eat whatever you wanted within your eating window, that sounds great and all but it's not excatly practical. In any effort, it's definitely not the best idea. Encouragingly,β¦

Working out can be such a challenge on bigger bodies!π³. I only hope that I can push through and get to the coveted other side. Hoping to make a few friends on here to get that much needed support to keep pushing & vise versa ππΎπͺπΎ. Oh and btw, good morning all π

Hi there, So initially I was doing Zumba at home but now I'm walking 6 miles a day, 3 miles in the am before work and 3 miles in the evening. I also do a 30 min upper body weights exercise from a fella I follow on YouTube. Workouts like P90X and Insanity are a little too much for right now, but maybe one day... π

Hi, I'm not 300+ but still have a good amount I'd like to lose. I would say I'd like to lose about 130lbs or so. I've been with it now for about a month and a half and I'm down 16lbs. Nowhere near my goal yet but moving in the right direction π

Hi, I've used MFP in the past, but this time around I'm a lot more serious. It's been about a month now since I've started back using the app and I'm down 16 lbs. I'm super committed this time around and would like friends to help me stay accountable and motivated. π

I believe it means we shouldn't be consuming foods with polyunsaturated and Monounsaturated fats, but it's kind of hard to not consume any at all.
