Hi, I am trying again this month, last month was a fail for me. My plan is 20 mins exercise a day, minimum. 1200 calorie maximum..1 litre of water. Day 1... Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

Hi everyone. I am losing weight at a very slow rate. Will have to lift my exercise game or lower the calorie intake or both maybe🤭. MFP has focused my eating tho which is a big help. And I enjoy the blogs and chatter. Good luck for the week folks. Let’s give it our all
