Lean chicken, lean pork (tenderloin with the fat cut off), eggs, lean cuts of beef. My diet has a decent amount of fat in it, but I try to get most of that from heart-healthier sources like olive oil, avocado, etc. I take in a lot more protein and fat than I do carbs. Things are going well so far. As of 11/11 I’m already down 5.4 pounds. I know a lot of that is water weight since I cut out so many carbs. I’m 40 (for 5 more days). I gained the Covid 19 and I’m looking to take that off plus about 13 more pounds of vanity weight. I’m doing a lowish carb diet (not keto though, keeping carb percentage to below 25%) and exercising.

Probably a silly question, but are you weighing and measuring everything? I've noticed that if I don't do that, I don't lose anything. I swear it seems like shorter women just don't have as much leeway calorie wise. (I'm 152.4 cm.)

I have asthma, migraines, occipital neuralgia, and mild scoliosis that sometimes causes nerve pain to shoot down one or both legs. I also have hypertension, but it is well-controlled with medication.
