It’s been a great first month with my trainer! I think she said we will be starting the true strength work this week, and I can’t wait to lift a little heavier! I feel like this pic unintentionally reflects how my face looks when I’m focused during the training sessions.

Finished up another good week with my trainer last night. Hoping to lock down my deadlift form in the next two or three weeks so that more weight can be added! Posting because today was the first time I have used 50 lb DBs in any exercise - it was my DB bench press. Can't wait to get there on my DB overhead press!
