Walking twice a day currently. I am too heavy to start running again yet, so a 2.5-mile walk first thing in the morning and another 2.5 miles while my daughter is at soccer practice. Baby-steps...

I have definitely been where you are now, so I can empathize. I think I have been on MFP since 2014, and I am nowhere near my goals. But, you're back at it again, so that is what matters. Take it one day at a time, and best of luck to you!!
