Did a timed walk/run and set a PR for a 1 mile split - 14:34. 1:06 faster than my previous PR, and nearly 10 minutes faster than when I started walking workouts in November. Also, I tried on a XL t-shirt last night and it almost fit. My belly wasn't hanging out the bottom.
