  • Yes my doc has emphasised strengthening via Pilates/yoga and my physio is saying stretching is also very important.   • I was advised to only use weight machines, mainly to do with form and keeping my back in a neutral position I think. Thanks for your response, will ask my Doc what his reasoning was.
