I am 5'4 and 155 lbs. When I stated I was 180. The scale did finally move down 9 ounces today. :) All good replies! Thank you! I'll use them the next stall.

I posed for a photo and was like darn my arm is so big but then saw some mussel definition. :) I still have a ways to go but starting to see some results. (Down 14 lbs)
