Not sure if this is quite the same issue, but I noticed that exercise from my Apple Health App ADDS calories while my Garmin Connect App subtracts them. So I get -50 calories from my Connect and +100 calories from iHealth so it’s like I consumed 50 calories instead of burning 150 calories.

Mom of 2 here - just started exploring the community yesterday. I’d like to ultimately lose 50 lbs (my wedding weight), but I would be happy if I could lose 20 by the end of the summer. What’s your plan? (If you share yours, I’ll share mine!).

Peloton has a free trial period so I gave it a shot. I can use the app without the bike, although my stationary bike is not conducive to cycling upright which the trainer did a lot.

Do you have to have a Peloton bike to use the Peloton app or will any stationary bike work?

Gyms are open around here and my two little ones are in school/daycare, but I am still struggling to make my health/weight loss a priority. My plan (as of today) is: *Cycle 5 miles in the mornings *Meal prep healthy lunches for work week *Meal prep smoothies for work week I’d like to lose 21 lbs by the end of the summer.
