Been gone awhile again. Ate some bunnies here and there. Today not so much. About π°π°π? Still losing weight and sticking to calories so I'll try again tomorrow.

Took a break from those muffins at breakfast and only ate π°π°π°π°bunnies each day in the last few days I've been gone. Hoping to get moreπ°s in today however.

Thems it! Maybe lying to myself about how healthy they are, but if I can keep it to eating two a day and it keeps my chocolate cravings at bay they're a good replacement for a higher calorie breakfast or snack. I always have protein at breakfast and fruit.

Thursday bunnies: π°π°π°π°π°π°. Blueberries and prunes for breakfast, a koia plant based drink at lunch. With dinner broccoli, strawberries and beets.π

The veggie muffins I've been eating are bought in the freezer section at my grocery store called veggie lites or something like that. They have zucchini and carrots mixed into them. I like the double chocolate ones. They have banana nut and blueberry ones too. I know you can make them, but I haven't had the time and wouldβ¦

Another 4π°day. 2 veggie muffins at breakfast. An apple at lunch and a yam at dinner. I go back to work tomorrow so I should do better. ???

Tuesday bunnies or lack of ... π°π°ππ. Veggie muffins for breakfast and some small amount of π₯¬on 2 veggie like burgers at lunch. Dinner was just chicken wings so no π°s there.

Friday bunnies: π°π°π°π°π. Worked 10 and half hours today and had no time to eat.... A good or bad thing I don't know? There were no pre made salads at work to grab so I ate skinny popcorn and a tuna fish/ cracker pack inside. Got 2 "veggie" muffins and prunes at breakfast and sauerkraut with dinner.

Tuesday bunnies: veggie banana muffins X2 for breakfast and dinner green beans and grape tomatoes. 2ish servings of dark chocolate.... π°π°π°π°π°π°. Did perfect on calories for the day even if I'm choosing chocolate treats inside of a real meal. π

Finely going to share something here too. ??? I have horrible social anxiety so this is hard for me. I'm trying to get my husband on this path to losing weight too and he's working on it... a bit. We talked about his eating plan a couple of weeks ago and decided he'd go low carb again because that worked for him when heβ¦

Bunnies for Thursday: blueberries for a breakfast π°. No bunnies for lunch just planned on eating all my veggies at dinner. So dinner π°π°π°π°π°π°. 2 black bean burgers with some veggies in them. Green beans and grape tomatoes as a side dish and lettace and tomatoes on the burgers. So 7π°s. Ate under goal and so full no more roomβ¦

Here to Confess eerh, umm lack of bunnies. Just π°π°π°π°π°πtoday. Blueberries for breakfast, none for lunch, and 4.5 at dinner with veggies on rice and veggies in my sushi. MyπΉs decided we needed to eat doritos for lunch and over eat sushi today.
