This is round 2 for me. My weight hasn't changed and so I did some reevaluating and figured out that I may be eating too little at 1200 calories a day. I calculated how much I need to have on a TDEE calculator. Now my daily goal has upped to 1412 calories. I also figured out my macros and will follow those. I am sedentary…
