Fitbit runs via GoDaddy websites. GoDaddy was crashed yesterday (or the day before can't recall) by hackers. They are working to get things fixed. Some features are working for some peoole & not others. Some not at all. It is frustrating but they are working to fix it. You might have to manually log on MFP or just do it in…

Congratulations! !!!!!! You did fantastic! ! I ran my first 5K today too, finished in 37:20, I was shocked. My goal was to finish. Thought I might make between 40 & 45min. Didn't dream to break under 40. Next one is in October.

It seems high. I don't log any activity on MFP that Fitbit tracks well. I only track swimming or biking. Otherwise I just let Fitbit adjust.

another dumb question. Do I rest between sets. If I am using the leg press for example - do I do 3 sets of whatever in a row or do a different exercise in between. If I do them in a row - do I rest between & for how long?

Probably mostly build muscle. I woukd like to lose another 10lbs but not extremely stressed over tthe number if I can look better. I am pear shaped so I have large legs.
