Lots of loud metal. Slayer is always good for PR attempts. Or Run The Jewels also gets amped to train when the rock and metal just aren't feeling it.

Hardest part is starting. Once you start tracking your foods I noticed my bad habits and only just starting to try and eliminate my vice foods.
