At the end of the day, Its calories in/calories out. Try to get more exercise in even if its just walking around the neighborhood for a few laps or so. The more calories you burn in a day/week will help with weight loss. Try to make some tweaks to meals, like no sugar ketchup, light or sugar free syrups/sauces. Cut back on…

Fitness trackers can also be incorrect depending on what apps you're running along side them for the calculations. Skimble for example.... tends to show my heart randomly stops for most exercises lol (last treadmill session I had showed the first two stages and the rest was blank https://imgur.com/HSQQP6B )

Haven't been terribly over sodium wise for the week, but usually 1-2K over the daily recommended amount. Mine tends to be from drink additives ontop of food. Think theres alot of people out there who do this. lol For me its usually don't log breakfast till lunch and that tends to be whenever its scheduled on the board at work. As for dinner its whenever roommates feel like deciding on what to have. Just try and be as consistent as you can
