I used to do IF and liked it. I ate all my meals between 1 PM and 7PM. Now, I am on meds that upset my stomach if I don't eat upon waking. I also have to increase my salt because I have low BP so my breakfast is popcorn every day. I can't think of anything else that calms my stomach and contains high levels of salt.

Yes, my favourite TNP wants all the snow to melt. (We have several feet already with a snowfall warning for the weekend)

I am switching over from SP as well. I find this one harder to figure out. I hope I can figure it out. Are there any other sites out there that are user friendly? I will really miss the social aspects of SparkPeople. Good luck to everyone in their journey to healthy lives.

I am a former Sparker too. I am relly going to miss the social aspects of SP. I am currently trying to enter my food and its just not as easy as on SP. I will get the hack of it I am sure.
