  • Congrats on your progress! Keep up the good works. On an unrelated note-on the computer app to add friends click on the "friends" category in the lower banner on the home page. From there click "add friends" and be ready to type in the screen name of the person you wish to add. Wishing you continued success on your journey.

  • I checked out the "new SparkAmerica" site. Not impressed. No indication that food tracking would be up and coming. That was what made my journey to goal possible. I need to keep it up to avoid regaining the 85 pounds shed. Now I need to figure out how to sync my Garmin tracker!
