@Ceriusly1 - There appears to be an error in the points given for Declutter. Fit Force had the second highest number of points but was given only 1 point instead of 7? Points for all other teams aside from PS4L and the Gr8ters appear to be out of whack as well.

The 5% challenges helped me to lose over 60 lbs 8-9 years ago and have helped me to maintain that loss (with occasional gains that I work to get rid of again) ever since. I'm still working on losing a few pounds, but without the 5% Challenges, I'm not sure how long I would have kept that weight off. I don't love to…

I like @Catwmncat 's proposal to focus on Protein - maybe for week 8 or 7 and 8. I think tracking is always a good one to include because it's an easy one to get away from and we sometimes don't realize how many calories we're eating.
