One of our Fit Force leaders manniecat - Bonnie - has been very ill and went to the hospital on Saturday night. Plans are in place - some have been for years - and workout clothes are always at the ready. I have food scales and a new water bottle.

As a leader with responsibilities, I do check in daily and I have a set routine for getting in my daily exercise (with an alternate plan in place in the event that I sleep in or something else interferes).

Exercise - 90-120 minutes, 6 days/week; 30-60 minutes (mostly stretching) on rest days. Workouts will consist of a combination of Pahla B videos (cardio/ST/balance), stretching, dancing, walking.
