Also, try to consume at least 20 grams of protein every 3-4 hours this will help you with anabolism. And if you drink protein shakes, drink a casein shake before bed. Happy Bulking!

I am currently bulking too. It is a tough task to get big and stay lean. I am on a clean bulk to keep my bodyfat down as much as possible.
