My impact statement - Papashop and I began a gluten free trial at the beginning of summer. We feel better for it and have kept it up all summer. I've added in intermittent fasting, most days, to aid in digestion. I, too,will keep up this regimine.

Hi all! We are headed out for vacation Tuesday. Going to see Tucker perform in Sacramento Thursday night. Thought we missed out, sold out show. Then DD got us passes through his tour manager. So we are excited and on our way south.
