Hi! I understand the getting frustrated part. I do have some advice for you, though. I would seriously skip the snack at night if it is less than 2 hours before you go to bed. If you must have a snack at night, try to make it a snack and not a treat. If I am really hungry at night I like a little whole grain cereal, nuts,…
