I'd suggest just googling "how to copy and paste on a ...." and put in the specific computer or laptop or phone you're using. It'll show you your instructions. There's usually a way of highlighting the thing you want to copy and it'll tell you how to copy, then go to your new post to insert it with a "Paste" function. Orβ¦

I haven't had the will to weigh for the last two weeks ... but have promised myself that I will weigh tomorrow morning and face whatever the reality is. I am probably about the same weight at which I began the month. I'm just posting this to make it a public promise.

You can do this, #PaulyJoMomma ! I have a Eufy (brand) scale that does % of fat and lean tissue, water weight, etc. I haven't put a lot of stock in the accuracy of the percentages it shows because it wasn't one of those super-expensive scales - just around $40, I think. BUT, I do think that it accurately reflects a trend.β¦

F71 5'8"-ish I'm looking forward to a place of accountability to weigh in, report and be mutually supportive. I started back on intermittent fasting last month (16:8, after most of the winter off) and began lower-carb eating and tracking three days ago. It's always an excess of carbs that do me in, alas! I like to do berries, too - and we have raspberries in our garden so it's always a treat to pick a few fresh and nibble on them. Right now we're getting a second batch on the canes but I'm not sure if they're going to ripen before the cold sets in. I enjoy listening to health podcasts, partly for the information and partlyβ¦
