I'm back for another month of accountability! Here's my progress to date. Even though my Start Weights were just under 170, during one of those early months I went up to about 172 before I came down again. I'm feeling good about the slow but steady weight loss. Thank you, Gin Stephens, for your book "Fast, Feast, Repeat"!β¦
