Hello, new to the group, had my VSG on June 24th 2020. I've lost 109 pounds since surgery and 193 from my highest in 2016. I am struggling badly right now. I lose 1 or 2 pounds then gain 7 or 8. manage to lose that, and repeat the cycle. Looking for inspiration to get me back on track. I still need to lose nearly 100 more…
