I like that idea! But only 25 lbs in 6 months? Knowing me I would have just gave up lol . I lost 20 lbs in a month before by basically in eating omad. That's all you gotta do. One big healthy balanced meal a day and maybe a couple of snacks. No need to walk 6miles a day etc. Just eat a lot less!
