Sorry I haven’t been feeling well. CW: 327lbs If I incorporate exercise for the week I can lose about 4-7lbs. I know once I lose a bit more weight that won’t be as much. I get it, it’s hard, I had to step up because of my medical scare. One thing that helped me was staying at a calorie deficit, I also got rid of soda, and greasy food. Awesome sauce! I wish I could do cross fit. My doctor says I can start running in a few months but slowly. Once my blood clot is gone I definitely want to run/walk/jog a 5k.
