I am ready. I enjoyed the Pre Activities, have never done them. They have reinvigorated me and my resolve especially after dealing with plantar fascitis and not being able to do my favorite, aerobics.

I'm pretty good about checking in every day or every other day. I've missed a few times over the years and usually email someone if I'm going to be missing more than a couple days. I will be even more mindful of my appointment times each day after exercising and food tracking, I usually enter in my time and activity.

I like the HALT method. I have to write it down. H is for Am I Hungry? A is for Am I Angry? L is for Am I Lonely? T is for Am I Tired? I tend to eat sweets on Saturday mindlessly and after lunch during the weekdays after work (I work part time). I liked the SUGAR/SWEETS article, it gave me a lot to think about. I need to…

My meal plan is pretty basic and simple and appears to work except for fats/sugars. Continue to eat balanced meals, carbs, proteins, and fats. Follow my existing menu each week, which isn't very exciting but gives me the nutrients I need. Continue to track my food daily; it works if you are accurate, which I try to be. Cut…

Goals: I kind of already set them in the last activity. EXERCISE: 1) to work up on the elliptical from 5 minutes twice a day to 10 minutes twice a day within the next 6 weeks. 2) continue to incorporate my calisthenics 3x a week, free weights the other 3x/days a week. 3) continue my stretching exercises for my plantar…

My goal for 2024 or by May 25th, my 65th birthday, is to lose 20 pounds, 16 of those that I gained back after losing over 60+ pounds over 2 years. 4 of those pounds are to get below 140. I got to 141 last December. I am pretty good about keeping up with the challenges, do daily exercises, or at least 5-6 days a week. I…

I signed up for Mission Slimpossible and understand that I'm not on the roster yet, as I was one of the last 3 to sign up. Will I be assigned to MS or another team?

I just posted somewhere, that I've been sick with a really bad flu the past week since last Monday. Today, is the first day I've actually gone on my computer, have dragged myself to work some days and stayed in bed with flu symptoms and one of the worst headaches that lasted until today. I will be happy to be on whatever…
