On my cardio mornings I can get my 10K before work but a little harder on my weight training days. Luckily I work in a building with a very long hallway. It does get you fired up to get those 10K in early

Defeated the voices in my head that tried to stop me from going to the track, then tried to convince me to "take it easy". Got my Interval training in and feel pretty good. Sometimes it is 1 Day at a time, sometimes it's 1 workout at a time and then those bad days when it is 1minute at a time

Good morning ( morning here in VA). I have degenerative disc disorder as well. I unfortunately have had several surgeries. I tried therapy first, then steroid injections.
